Survey on the Needs of Caregivers - Community

Hello,

My name is Josée Duteau, Caregiver Support Coordinator – Eastern Townships.

As part of our efforts to improve support for caregivers*, we want to better understand their experiences and needs. Quebec’s National Policy for Caregivers recognizes the important role caregivers play and the need to better support them throughout their caregiving journey.

I invite you to participate in this survey to help us better understand the needs, experiences, and challenges of caregivers in the Eastern Townships.

The survey is confidential, and your participation is voluntary.

The survey has 8 sections and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

The survey will be open until October 31, 2026 November 15, 2026
