CREF 2025 DELAGATE APPLICATION FORM

The Project - The Environmental Services Association Maritimes (ESAM), with the support of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), are hosting an in-person trade mission to the Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF) on May 7, 8th and 9th, for up to 12 businesses. We are inviting trade ready companies from the four Atlantic Provinces to apply to be a delegate to CREF 2025. The cost for returning company registration is $1000 CAD plus HST and $750 CAD plus HST for companies that are new or have participated in the mission, less than four times previously.

Company Inmestment - Joining the mission will require a mission registration fee for one delegate (a value of $1795. USD) and will provide each company with 7 - 10 professional targeted business-to-business meetings, access to the mission secretariat room, pre-mission information sessions, use of the Atlantic Canada Booth, exclusive mission networking events and a host of other supports. It is important to note that registration does not include airfare, accommodation, meals and in-market transportation which typically costs between $4,000 and $5,000 CAD. If companies elect to register more than one representative to attend as part of the mission delegation, we have negotiated a preferred fee of $950 USD for each additional delegate.

Company Payment - Invoices will be issued by ESAMS in Canadian Dollars and must to be paid upon receipt. Delegates are not formally registered until payment is received.  Payment can be made upon receipt of invoice through e-transfer, Visa, Master Card or AMEX.  In past years, the mission has operated at capicity, so we suggest that you submit payment as soon as you receive your invoice.  We are not responsible for reserving spots for companies that receive invoices, but choose not to pay.
